How do you play the role of a mainspring in our clients’ lives?

I work closely with the financial advisors and the leadership team of the practice in managing our business strategy as well as implementing and monitoring projects that are aimed at improving the overall performance of the team and client experience.

What drives you?

I am challenged to learn and absorb all the different aspects of the industry and, in doing so, strive to create the structures and processes within the firm to deliver experience clients deserve every time we interact. I enjoy caring for our clients and remain focused on working alongside their financial advisors to keep them on track and help them pursue their clients' financial objectives.

How do you spend time outside of work?

Most of my time outside of work is spent with my husband and two very active kids. We love to travel and experience new cultures and cuisines. Our friends are an extension of our family, and we always look forward to spending quality time with them. I also try to find time to volunteer in the public-school system and other community initiatives.
