MAINSPRING'S 4TH ANNIVERSARY

Article provided by Edward Bradley, August 10, 2017

We are excited to be celebrating our 4th anniversary this week. Time sure flies! This has caused us to reflect on where we started, how much has changed, and how much has remained constant. In August 2013, we started with five advisors and one administrative assistant in our office in Bellevue. The excitement of starting a new venture was palpable albeit with a mix of nerves. But we all knew one thing; if we always operated with our shared values set: integrity, commitment, compassion, and not forgetting to have some fun along the way, we would soon build a community in which we could become the mainspring in our client’s financial lives. These values and trust our clients have placed in us remain the foundation of our business today.

Fast forward four years and we now have 20 team members across four offices in Bellevue, Burien, Langley, and Everett. We have expanded our areas of expertise, added important team members, and enhanced the collaboration with our client’s other advisors (tax, legal and otherwise). To take this to the next level, we now have a CPA who works out of our Bellevue office as we build out a tax planning division in our company. As the financial world becomes more complex each day, we are actively looking for ways to add value while simplifying our client’s lives.

While we have experienced tremendous growth over the years, it is highly focused on the best interest of our clients. It’s about making our business more efficient and improving our internal processes to help us spend more time with our clients day-to-day; it’s about bettering ourselves as advisors so we can better serve our clients; and it’s about creating deeper relationships with greater knowledge of client goals to help ensure the best possible outcome for all parties. As part of that growth, we have been able to become even more deeply involved in our communities; not only by supporting many wonderful organizations, but also by volunteering our time each month.

While we continue to grow and celebrate important milestones, two things will always remain true: our client-centric approach and our growth to better serve our clients.
