How do you play the role of a mainspring in our clients’ lives?

In my role I want to ensure that clients have trust in their Financial Advisors and feel confident that their practice is up to date on all compliance matters and regulations. I strive to be a reliable source that all in our organization can go to for a clear perspective on not only what needs to be done to stay in compliance, but the specifics on why it is required to be done.

What drives you?

I'm driven by knowing at the end of each day, I've attempted to handle all aspects of my role in an efficient, organized manner. My focus is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Most importantly, I enjoy the relationships formed in this business. I like getting to know others on a one on one basis and seeing what makes them thrive, and how I can make things flow a little smoother for them.

How do you spend time outside of work?

Outside of work, I spend my time as a busy father and husband. My young kids keep me on the go – whether it's outside playing, taking them to their different extra curricular activities, or relaxing on the couch viewing their favorite movie on Disney Plus. I enjoy watching and playing sports. As my son's interest in football starts to evolve, I've had to teach him the trials and tribulations of being a Dallas Cowboys fan.
