As part of the Business Support team, my role aims to support the financial advisors and leadership team to allow them to service Mainspring clients more effectively as well as shape and improve overall employee experience.

WHAT DRIVES YOU?

I like to think about how things can always be done better or improved. I love making sense of something messy, complex and providing tangible solutions.

HOW DO YOU SPEND TIME OUTSIDE OF WORK?

When I am not at work you can find me outdoors! I love hiking, biking, swimming and running.
