How do you play the role of a mainspring in our clients’ lives?
I feel my job is to put a “face” to the company for our clients, especially since I am one of the first people they see and speak with. It is important to me that clients know they are not just numbers to us, and that we care about what is happening in their lives and are here to assist them in any way we can.
What drives you?
It is important to me that our clients know they can call me if they need help with any aspect of their financial lives, and I will help in any way possible – even if it means finding the appropriate person to address their concerns. I take the time to get to know each client as an individual, and use that information to make his or her experience with us a personal one.
How do you spend time outside of work?
My family is a very important part of my life and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my husband, Sean, my children and my grandchildren. I also enjoy gardening, cooking and spending time in the sun.
