Denise Treat
Client Relationship Manager
Registered Sales Assistant, RJFS
How do you play the role of a mainspring in our clients’ lives?

I believe that two of the most important aspects of this industry, which go hand-in-hand, are getting to know your client and really listening to their needs and wants. Both of these require fact-finding abilities, but will ultimately result in great advisor-client relationship and an overall better client experience.

As a Registered Sales Assistant, I utilize both of these aspects in supporting the financial advisors, working directly with clients on their various service requests and/or questions, as well as the initial client onboarding process.

What drives you?

I have been in my role for almost 20 years and have worked with some of our clients for all of those years. I take great pride in my job and providing exceptional service to our clients and when a client goes out of their way to thank me or expresses their appreciation for something I have done, it means a lot to me.

Honesty, integrity, and ethics are foundations that I live and work by.

How do you spend time outside of work?

My husband Don and I have recently taken up hiking, but are currently more fair weather hikers. We are amazed at the amount of hiking trails we are blessed with in our immediate area and those within just a few hours’ drive. We have two amazing grandchildren, Kaysen our granddaughter and Brenden our grandson, who live just outside of Medford, OR, and we do our best to make the long drive south to see them 3 to 4 times a year. We are avid sports fans and enjoy watching our Seattle teams on TV and attending games in person when the opportunity allows. Additionally, we like to “get away from it all” each November to celebrate our wedding anniversary by going to Jamaica, which we have been doing since 2008.
